Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ShiftWallet mobile application (the "App") operated by Digital Nafta Portal FZCO ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

ShiftWallet offers both free and premium features:
The Pro upgrade is available as a one-time in-app purchase for $6.99 USD (price may vary by region). Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Not Financial or Legal Advice. ShiftWallet provides tools for tracking work hours and estimating earnings and taxes. Tax estimates, paycheck calculations, and overtime computations are approximations only and should not be considered professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
No Guarantee of Accuracy. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that paycheck verification results, tax estimates, or overtime calculations will be 100% accurate. Tax laws, overtime rules, and pay structures vary by jurisdiction and employer. You are responsible for verifying all financial information independently.

The App, including its design, code, features, content, and branding, is owned by Digital Nafta Portal FZCO and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or modify the App for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time through the App (Settings > Delete Account). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the regulations applicable in the Dubai International Financial Zone (DIEZ/IFZA). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
