1. What Meridian is
A wellness app that records what you log and describes your own history back to you. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical advice.
2. Subscription and billing
A yearly or a weekly plan, with no trial. Apple charges at confirmation and renews unless you turn renewal off 24 hours before the period ends. You cancel in Apple Settings.
3. Refunds and your price
Full refund within 30 calendar days from the start of your plan, handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the price ever goes up, your active plan keeps its price.
4. Your content
What you log is yours. We claim no ownership, we do not sell it and we cannot read it, because it never reaches a server of ours. If your plan ends, your records, your calendar and the export keep working.
5. Using the app
Licensed to you for personal use on your own devices. Do not resell it or take it apart.
6. Age
Meridian is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it.
7. What Meridian is not
Not a medical device and not medical advice. It describes your own records against your own history and predicts nothing. For any health concern, talk to a clinician.
8. Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for your current subscription period. Nothing here limits rights that your local law does not let us limit.
9. Who we are, law and disputes
Meridian is published by Digital Nafta Portal FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If we disagree, we first try to fix it by email; failing that, the courts of Dubai decide. If you live in the EU, mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
