1. The short version
Nothing you log about your body reaches us. There is no account and no login, so there is nothing to look up, hand over or lose.
2. Where it lives
Bleeding, symptoms, medication, notes and your onboarding answers sit in a database on your iPhone. It travels in your encrypted iPhone backup, under Apple's rules, not ours.
3. Apple Health
With your permission the app reads five categories to describe your day. It writes nothing back unless you turn writing on and confirm each entry.
4. What we do not do
No advertising kit, no attribution kit and no third party analytics ship in this build. Data Used to Track You is empty on our App Store label, and you can check it.
5. Payments
Apple runs the subscription. We learn that a plan is active, never your name, your address or your card.
6. Retention
We retain nothing, because we hold nothing. Your records live on your iPhone until you delete them or delete the app.
7. Who is responsible, and the EU
The data controller for the little we do handle (an anonymous flag from Apple that a subscription is active, and any email you choose to send us) is Digital Nafta Portal FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Legal basis in the EU: performance of the contract for the subscription flag, and your consent for anything you write to us.
8. Your rights and contact
Export everything as CSV or PDF, or delete it all, in the app's Settings; neither goes through us. For anything else, or to complain (in the EU you can also go to your local data protection authority), write to meridian@digitalnafta.com.
